What Hubaal does
Hubaal Global Consultancy Limited is building a digital wallet and payment connections. It does not set odds, accept bets, manage results or operate gambling products. Betting-related activity is not the purpose of this website.
What partners do
An approved partner may offer its own services. If those services include gaming, the partner is responsible for its product, its licensing, its age and eligibility rules, and its safer-play tools. A successful transfer from a Hubaal wallet to that partner leaves the wallet. Hubaal does not keep those funds as a wallet balance, and it does not manage the activity on the partner platform.
Safeguards in the wallet design
The intended controls include customer verification, an explicit choice before a partner is linked, authorisation before a transfer, records of wallet movements, and a route to raise a complaint. These are design intentions. This page does not claim that a particular limit, self-exclusion tool or regulator-approved programme is live.
Who the wallet is for
The wallet is intended for adults. Partner platforms remain responsible for applying the age and eligibility rules that apply to their own products. This page does not invent a legal age or a licensing condition.
If gambling is causing harm
If gambling is harming you or someone you know, contact a qualified independent support service in your country. Hubaal has not published a partnered helpline, and it should not invent one. A confirmed local resource can be added here after it is approved.

Before this page is treated as policy, counsel should confirm the company’s actual partner categories, any legal duties that apply in the markets Hubaal serves, the wording of customer warnings, and whether any safer-play tool is operational. Until then this remains a draft.
