From a phone number to a withdrawal.

This is the customer journey Hubaal is designing. Steps that depend on the wallet application are not available on this website.

Discover Hubaal
Use this website to understand the wallet, the partner model and what is still being built.

Register with a mobile number
The wallet application is designed to open an account from a mobile number.

Verify with a one-time passcode
A code sent to that number is the intended check that the customer controls it.

Configure wallet security
The customer sets the method used to authorise later activity, such as a PIN.

Complete verification where required
Further checks may be requested before higher-value activity or a partner transfer.

Deposit into the wallet
Funds are intended to arrive through a supported channel, including mobile money where that channel is connected.

View balance and history
The wallet should show what is available and a record of wallet activity.

Connect an approved partner, if you want to
Linking is optional and limited to partners Hubaal has approved.

Transfer funds to the partner
A successful transfer is delivered to the partner. Those funds leave the Hubaal wallet. The partner manages the activity on its own platform.

Receive a partner cash-out
When a partner sends an approved cash-out, the value is intended to return to the wallet as its own transaction.

Withdraw through a supported channel
The customer can request a withdrawal of available wallet funds back to a supported payout channel.
