Why partner with Hubaal?
Customers need a wallet they recognise, and businesses need a controlled way to receive and return funds. Hubaal is building that connection: onboarding, interfaces, transaction status, reconciliation and financial controls.
Hubaal does not operate your product. After a successful funding transfer, you manage the customer’s activity on your platform. The transferred value does not remain in the Hubaal wallet.

Intended financial flow

A completed transfer leaves the wallet. The partner then runs its own service.

A cash-out returns value to the wallet. The customer withdraws through a supported channel.
Secure API connectivity
Approved partners receive the interface they need to request wallet funding, cash-outs and status. Credentials are issued privately during onboarding, never through this website.
Customer account linking
A customer chooses to link a Hubaal wallet to your platform. The link is a financial connection, not a transfer of their Hubaal password.
Partner funding
The customer authorises a transfer from the wallet to your platform. You should treat received funds under your own terms and product rules.
Partner cash-out
When your platform sends an approved cash-out, the value is intended to return to the customer’s Hubaal wallet.
Transaction status
Both sides should be able to tell a pending movement from a completed one, and from one that failed.
Settlement and reconciliation
Records support agreement on volumes and amounts. The operational detail of settlement is shared with approved partners, not published here.
Risk controls and responsible access
Partner access is meant to be limited to organisations that have been onboarded. Customers should be able to decline a link. Unusual activity can be reviewed. If your platform offers services that carry their own eligibility or safer-use rules, those rules stay yours to apply.
Hubaal does not publish internal control thresholds, fraud rules or infrastructure diagrams that would expose the service.
