Draft
Privacy Policy
An outline of the privacy notice counsel still needs to write. It is not a notice you can rely on.
Draft for legal review. This page is not an approved legal document. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel and rewritten to match Hubaal’s actual practices before anyone relies on it. Do not treat the text below as terms in force.
Who this draft is about
The organisation is Hubaal Global Consultancy Limited. A registered address, the name of a privacy contact and the legal role of the company (for example as a controller) must be inserted only after they are confirmed. They are intentionally absent here.
This website and the wallet are different
This WordPress site is a marketing website. The Hubaal Wallet is a separate application. A future privacy notice needs a section for the website and a separate section, or a separate notice, for the wallet. Do not assume the two systems share one database. They should not.
What the website may collect
If you use a form, the site is designed to store your name, email, phone if you provide it, and the message, so the team can reply. Technical logs may be kept by the host. Counsel must list the actual fields, the host, the email provider and any analytics tool before publication. Analytics cookies are not added by this theme.
What the wallet may collect later
The wallet is expected to need a mobile number, verification data, security credentials such as a PIN, and transaction records. That processing must be described in the wallet’s own notice, against the real product. This draft does not authorise that processing.
Purposes, retention and sharing
Counsel should define why each category is used, how long it is kept, who it is shared with (including infrastructure providers and, where relevant, approved partners), and whether data leaves the customer’s country. None of those decisions is invented here.
Your rights
Counsel should explain the rights available under the data-protection law that applies in each market, and how a person exercises them. This draft does not name a statute and does not claim that Hubaal is compliant with one.
