Draft
Terms and Conditions
A list of topics a future website and wallet agreement needs to cover. These are not the terms of a contract.
Draft for legal review. This page is not an approved legal document. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel and rewritten to match Hubaal’s actual practices before anyone relies on it. Do not treat the text below as terms in force.
Status
Using this website does not create a wallet account and does not mean you have accepted a financial-services agreement. Wallet terms must be presented inside the wallet application before an account is opened.
The website
The pages are informational. Product descriptions cover capabilities being developed. They are not an offer of a regulated service, and they are not a warranty that a feature is available.
The wallet
A future customer agreement should cover eligibility, balances in supported currencies, funding, withdrawals, partner transfers, fees, unauthorised use, suspension and closure. Those clauses must be drafted against the live product. They are not written here, because a fabricated clause would look binding without being approved.
Partners
Partner platforms provide their own products under their own terms. Hubaal does not operate those products. A successful transfer to a partner leaves the Hubaal wallet.
Liability, law and contact
Limitations of liability, governing law and dispute routes must be chosen by counsel. The contact page is the interim route for questions about this draft.
