FAQs

Straight answers.

If a service is still being built, the answer says so. These answers can be edited in the page content.

The company

Who is Hubaal for?

People who want a digital wallet in a supported currency, and organisations that want an approved connection between that wallet and their own platform.

Is Hubaal a bank?

No. This website does not describe Hubaal Global Consultancy Limited as a bank, and it does not claim a banking licence.

Where are you based?

The wallet is being developed for customers in more than one country. The published office is Koli House, Kiwatule Road, Ntinda. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

Are you licensed or certified?

This website does not claim a regulatory licence, PCI DSS, ISO or an independent security audit. Official status will be published only when it can be supported.

The wallet

What will the wallet do?

It is designed for a balance in a supported currency, deposits through supported channels, withdrawals, partner transfers, partner cash-outs and a transaction history.

Can I use it today?

Not from this website. Application and store links appear only after they are saved in Hubaal settings. Until then, register your interest.

What does it cost?

Any fee will be shown in the wallet application before you confirm a transaction. This website does not publish a fee schedule.

How fast are payments?

Timing depends on the channel and the partner. Instant or guaranteed timing is not promised.

Partners and security

Does Hubaal operate betting or gaming?

No. Hubaal does not set odds, manage results or operate gambling products. A customer may, in future, connect a wallet to an approved partner that operates its own service. That service remains the partner’s.

What happens to money I send to a partner?

A successful transfer leaves your Hubaal wallet. The partner then manages that value and the activity on its platform. A later cash-out is a separate movement back into the wallet.

How do I report a problem?

Use the contact form, or the complaints page for a complaint. For a suspected weakness, use the security page and do not include passwords or PINs.
